Our Staff
Southern Comfort Homecare thorough recruitment procedures ensure that we employ ideally suited candidates, personally interviewed by one of our trained consultants and thoroughly vetted to determine their skills and experience. Southern Comfort Homecare’ staff are trained in Manual Handling, Emergency First Aid, Infection Control, Food Hygiene, Health & Safety and would have achieved the care certificate in alignment with CQC.
In addition, all our staff will have either already attained a QCF (former NVQ) or will work towards this within 2 years being employed with Southern Comfort Homecare. We constantly ensure staff are developed to their maximum potential which ensures they can undertake their role in a safe and proper manner with minimal risks and provide good quality care to all service users.
